“Poppies Are The Best”
Every spring, I love walking at Chautauqua park under the Flatirons in Boulder, CO, and I look for poppies. This painting is acrylic on panel, painted with a palette knife. The painting is framed for a total size of 19x19 inches.

“Morning Light at Capitol Reef”
In the fall of 2024, I visited Capitol Reef National Park with my husband. We camped at the campground for 5 days, and this painting is inspired by the last hike we did there.

“Horse Barn Next to the Place that Sells Pies”
At Capitol Reef National Park, near the campground, there is a place that sells small pies every day. It’s right next to this horse barn. When we camped there, we got a fresh pie every day!

“Marching Men at Arches National Park”
I visited Arches National Park in the spring of 2024, and this painting is inspired by a hike I did there past these towering rocks called the Marching Men.

“Fall and Winter Meet Beneath the Flatirons”
On a morning hike at Chautauqua last fall, it was snowy and gray, but the fall colors were still on the trees! The contrast was striking. I had a hard time capturing it on my phone camera. Fortunately I bumped into a woman who was taking photos with her real camera. She was kind enough to share her better photo with me!

“Windgate is my Favorite Sandstone”
This painting is inspired by the Windgate sandstone in Utah. Back in the day, I used to rock climb, and I loved crack-climbing on Windgate sandstone!

Last summer, I went on a backpacking trip up the East Inlet trail in RMNP. I loved this bend in the river!
